Liposarcoma is one of the most common type of sarcoma that found mainly in connective tissue which has large spaces: such as low extremity, retroperitoneal space and shoulder, and there are four pathologic subtypes: well-differentiated, myxoid,
round
cell, and pleomorphic type but perineal origin is extremely rare. We are representing this paper on experinecing one case of perineal liposarcoma, myxoid type.
The case was a 36 year old male with a hard and fixed mass grown to 10cmx7cm on his perineum. As a result of CT scan, lymphatic metastasis was noticed. It was diagnosed as liposarcoma, myxoid type. The patient shows no recurrence till now that it
has
been 4 years.
